Is it almost a mandate that librarians blog, wiki, ning, tweet, skype, second life, and morph endlessly through a vast cyberscape of technologies? But, this is the landscape that we must navigate, neither solid, liquid, nor gas, choosing our words carefully knowing that our cyber footprints will outlive us. Somehow, the squid has it's eye on us, maybe having a better understanding of the ocean depths than we do of our environment.
